Weekly · Donation-based
A longer-form weekly gathering: 30 minutes of silent meditation, a short reading from a wisdom text, and a brief shared reflection. Open to participants of every background.
Seasonal · Donation-based
Multi-week classes on contemplative literature, the history of meditation, and practical topics such as stress, attention, grief, and mindful work. Topics rotate seasonally.
By appointment
Private sessions for those seeking personalized guidance with a meditation practice or contemplative life. Suggested donation; sliding scale available for anyone for whom cost is a barrier.
Sustained Practice
Most people begin with one or two weekly programs and let the practice grow naturally. Some eventually take on a daily rhythm at home; others find that one weekly hour is exactly enough. We don't push, and we don't keep track. The work is yours; the door is always open.
If you'd like recommendations for getting started — whether you're brand new to meditation or a longtime practitioner looking for community — send us a note and we'll point you in a useful direction.
